My mornings in France have taken on the kind of familiarity I feel restored by, as I discover and accept that I am just as much a creature of habit and routine as I am of change and adventure. Six months in a chateau. The art of long-term travel. The world beyond my window has disappeared, shrouded by a dense mist that draws everything inside it, a well-kep.
